Maybe you’ve already started your healing journey, but despite finding lots of new tools and insights, you still feel stuck in old patterns. And even though you might understand why, you're not sure how to actually change, or feel better.

I offer a warm, compassionate space for thoughtful, sensitive women who are tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, and quietly holding it all together. Here, you don’t have to have it all figured out, or have the answers. You can just bring yourself, exactly as you are.

My work is inspired by Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), weaved together with somatic therapy, and creative methods like journaling, art, sandtray, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll explore the protective parts of you, tend to the ones still holding pain, and create space for more ease, clarity, and self-trust.
