I offer a warm, compassionate space for thoughtful, sensitive women who are tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, and quietly holding it all together. Here, you don’t have to have it all figured out, or have the answers. You can just bring yourself, exactly as you are.

I weave together Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), somatic therapy, and creative methods like journaling, art, sandtray, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll explore the protective parts of you, tend to the ones still holding pain, and create space for more ease, clarity, and self-trust.
