Space for Joy

You're warmly invited to spend an evening in a beautiful outdoor setting, nestled in nature and tucked away from the rest of the world. Take some time out for you, where you can let go of anything holding you back, and make space to feel joy.   

I will gently lead you through a variety of nurturing, therapeutic activities including meditations in the woodland, guided journalling and EFT (tapping), before enjoying a hot drink and time to chat around the campfire.  

After settling in between 7:00 - 7:15pm, we'll begin with a nature based relaxation, helping you to ground into the space. We'll spend the first half of the session focusing on clearing out everything that's getting in the way of you feeling good, and the second half will be focused on filling that space with joy!  We'll end the evening around the campfire together with a lovely warm…
