About the event
As the winter season approaches, join us for a cosy, heartwarming workshop; a safe and potential space to get to know and connect with your inner child.
You will be gently guided to offer yourself and your inner child understanding, warmth and love and create a snug, safe and loving space inside them to retreat to whenever needed.
What to Expect...
Creative Writing & Story Telling: Discover the power of words and storytelling for healing.
Guided Visualisation: Take a journey within to meet with your inner child and create a safe haven for them.
Creative Activities: Express experiences, thoughts, and emotions through art, tapping into your inner child's creativity and allowing them to speak through colour and shape. (You don't need to be an artist; it's all about the process, not the end product!)
