A Moment Within

In this workshop, Creative Therapists Sophie Marsh and Rebecca Bradley warmly invite you to pause, reflect and take some time for you. This will be a nurturing space to enjoy some therapeutic, mindfulness, and creative art activities (no art experience or expertise necessary!) 

After settling in between 10:00am - 10:15am, we'll begin with a relaxation, helping you to ground into the space. We will then guide you through some beautiful, autumn inspired activities to help you get clear on what you'd like to let go of, and what you'd like to invite in moving forwards. There will be time and space to share for those who want to, without any pressure for those who don't! The session will come to an end at around 11:45am - 12pm, ready to head home to enjoy the rest of your weekend.
